LEADERSHIP PATHWAY

LEADERSHIP PATHWAY

LEADERSHIP PATHWAY

Committed to ending the disenfranchisement and discrimination against people with convictions.

About The Program

The Leadership Pathway introduces the culture of FRRC & prepares members that are interested in pursuing leadership roles within the organization.

This pathway will act as a training to ensure each individual learns the values of FRRC. Our goal is to bring empowerment & confidence to returning citizens & those directly impacted so WE may return to OUR communities & become the change we wish to see. We don’t just want to be the change, we want to LEAD THE CHANGE.

How It Works

The Leadership Pathway is required for any member interested in establishing an FRRC chapter in their county, or any person interested in representing FRRC as a leader within their community.

All those who register for the Leadership Pathway will participate in an initial 7- week course.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

Answer who you are, what you’re doing, & why you’re at FRRC.

Embody the mission of FRRC & its culture.

Understand best practices for working with others.

Confidently tell your story.

Return to your community & rally other returning citizens around FRRC’s mission.

Those interested in building a chapter can apply to the continued pathway where you will learn how to begin a chapter & develop leaders.

At the end of the continued pathway, you will be able to:

Develop a chapter in your county.

Understand the power of organizing.

Set & execute goals.

Build confident & knowledgeable leaders who can become positive change agents.

Sign up and begin the journey!
