How It Works
Florida Rights Restoration Coalition’s (FRRC) Advisory Opinion Program helps returning citizens get clarity from the state about their voting eligibility and/or how much they owe in fines and fees to clear the path to their being able to register to vote.
If you know the case numbers for all your felony cases, or know how to get them from the court, you can submit your own advisory opinion request right now by downloading the form, filling it out, and either mailing or emailing it to the Division of Elections (instructions below).
If you do not know your case numbers, we encourage you to apply for our Fines and Fees Assistance Program so we can research your case history and submit an Advisory Opinion Request on your behalf.
